Comfortable room of 13m2. We welcome you in a friendly atmosphere and put at your disposal our house including a large kitchen with all the comforts, a large living room, a terrace and a garden. From a practical point of view, you can wash your clothes and the house is obviously equipped with Wifi. Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit, Cash Short notice requests can only be paid by PayPal.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent. For a long term stay, the deposit will depend on the length of stay.
Payment Balance
Full payment is due at booking time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable. If the property is re-rented, the cancellation penalty is reduced.
Security or Damage Deposit
No security/damage deposit is required.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 02:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 9 pm. Check-in is not possible after mid-night.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 07:00 AM Guests are asked to respect the neighbours. Property is not suitable for party groups. If a warning is not adhered to, the guest will be evicted without a refund.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Children Policies
Property is not suitable for persons under the age of 12.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 15.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Cleaning During Stay
Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every Sat during a stay. Daily maid service can be requested for a fee.

Airport Transfer Services & Fees
A fee is charged for Airport Transfer Services One-time fee of 25.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants. A guest must request this optional service. Owner offers airport transfers. Fees are based on a one-way trip. A van for larger groups is available for a daily fee.
