Bedrooms and main living area all have air conditioning and the unit has In-suite laundry. The kitchen has appliances for your cooking needs or the shops and an array of restaurants are a short stroll down the hill. The condo is connected to the internet. Two smart TVs are also included. The pool area features a large pool and deck area and a lovely Palapa with internet access and many comfortable seating sections for you to relax and enjoy the views of the golf course, sea of Cortez and Los Cabos hillside. This is a gated community with security on site. There are two beach access points close to the condo. One is a short 5 min walk directly across the main street, or turn left and take a longer 10 minute walk to a quieter side of the beach. A 10-minute walk into old San Jose del Cabo for wonderful dining, shopping, artists, and culture. La Comer and Select Chadril (grocery stores). Mcdonalds, Starbucks and more are @ 10 minutes up the road in the shopping plaza. Los Cabos is a 25-30 minute drive (or you can take the bus). Located approx 15 minutes from the San Jose Airport. San Jose is the best of the Baja offering art and Mexican culture in charming old town. There are shops and restaurants a short walk from the and all the way into downtown. The beach is beautiful and quiet , you can walk for miles and enjoy.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 500.00 USD. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less 2 nights rent) will be refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 450.00 USD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.

Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Property is not suitable for persons under the age of 2. Children under the age of 14 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub. A security deposit of 450.00 USD is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 50.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
