Our property is located in a beach condo, it has a private beach with amenities. The apartment has a living room with sea view, you can enjoy sunsets in our nice terrace while drinking a "piña colada".
During your whole stay you will have the apartments´tent with table, chairs, and beach chairs at your disposal. This is a great plus, a few steps from the elevator, all the beach ammenities at your disposal.
The main bedroom (with king size bed) has also sea view and in suite bathroom. The other bedroom has capacity for 4 people. There is another complete bathroom. There are closets in each bedroom and in aisle. The kitchen is fully equipped for 6 people. It has an electric stove, electric oven, microwave, blender, toaster, large refrigerator with freezer. There is also a separate laundry area with washer& dryer. Towels and sheets are provided.
Each room has a separate air conditioning unit with remote control, so you can control temperature in each room. There is a snack bar, heated outdoor swimming pool, kiddies pool . The apartment has a telephone line which allows free calls to worldwide and has high speed WIFI internet. There is also WIFI in public areas.
The apartment has smart TV with cable and possibility of using your NETFLIX, PRIME, YOUTUBE, etc.
Daily cleaning service or cook is available at an additional charge on request.
Beach towels provided daily. The location is superb, at 10 minutes from International Airport of Acapulco, 5 minutes from the Diamante bus station, and 5 minutes from highway "autopista del sol". There are supermarkets, movie theatres, shops, restaurants in a very short distance (no more tan 5 minutes driving). Local taxi stop at the main entrance of the condo. The famous mall "La Isla" and the exhibitions centre "Mundo Imperial" are also only at 5 minutes. Acapulco Diamante is the luxury area of Acapulco, with the best restaurants, resorts and golf courses in the nearby. A very safe and nice to walk area. Many beach activities like windsurfing, horse riding, massages, are offered in the beach. Pets are not allowed. Kids are welcome.
Pls bear in mind there is a compulsory supplement of aprox. USD 25 per day per department for beach services. This amount is collected directy at the reception upon arrival, according to the lenght of your stay.
