This incredibly picturesque Penthouse Suite has its own private pool, with breathtaking panoramic views of the coastline, is located in the exclusive Bay View Grande Marina complex, across from the Robert Von Haage golf course. It is within walking distance to Ixtapa, less than 15 minutes by taxi to the fishing village of Zihuatanejo, and 25 minutes from the Airport. Perfect for families with small children. New children's pack and play, movies, and water toys are provided. Our 2500 sq. Ft. Penthouse offers unobstructed views of the ocean and your own private pool on your patio deck. Enjoy captivating views of the beaches and mountains, while sipping a cool drink on your private, secluded patio or pool. The Master Bedroom has a Kink size bed and its own spacious ensuite. The Second Bedroom offers a Queen size bed with full private ensuite, and beautiful westward views of the ocean. An additional Third Bedroom faces eastward, towards the golf course, and offers sleeping for 4 with one double bed, two twin beds, and a private bathroom - shower. Suite doors open onto the 250 sq. Ft. Private patio that also offers an infinity swimming pool which is 4 ft deep. The patio has an electric BBQ and dining furniture to transform your meals into an outdoor oasis. Our open concept kitchen, dining table and area, along with the entertainment areas are fantastic for hosting meals and entertaining guests. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, microwave, large fridge and comes fully equipped with all the cooking and dining equipment you'll need. There are grocery stores and food markets located just minutes away that make cooking at home very convenient, or you can make arrangements with us to hire a chef or caterers. We have an in-suite laundry room with washer and dyer, iron and ironing board. Our condo has fast Wifi and is hard wired for Internet, an IPOD docking station, stereo and each room has air conditioning. Bottled water is provided so you can enjoy an ice cold drink any time of day. This Penthouse is located on the 18th floor, in a 24 hour secured and monitored building. It has access to a fully equipped gym, spa, hot tub and concierge at the front desk. There is an administrative desk and business center. The grounds provide wonderful green lawns, two pools for adults and children, and is located right on the beach. A small snack bar, which offers appetizers and lunches, is located by the pools. This Penthouse is perfect for a romantic vacation or a large family gathering; 8 people maximum. Come and experience your own private Ixtapa Penthouse Oasis Get-Away. A Review: Paul - We stayed at BVG Marina for the second year in a row, and will definitely be back there next year. The PH4 South penthouse unit was great. Spacious, nice well stocked kitchen with fridge - freezer, ice maker, 3 nice sized bedrooms all with their own private bathrooms. The view is the best in the complex. The 18th floor was a treat with quick elevator service. The bedrooms were in 3 opposite corners of the unit, for good privacy. The master has direct access to the main balcony, and a 2nd has a small balcony. The pool on the balcony was great to cool off at the end of the day. The living area was large, with comfortable seating and a big flat screen TV and DVD player. Air conditioning in each room. The staff were all great. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wishes to have a great time on a great beach in Ixtapa.

Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 2.50 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card, Amex, Discover Card, Email Money Transfer, Stripe
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 2 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 7 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 USD is due 2 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 3 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
