Casa is a well-balanced, all green-energy living space. The house was designed and built with unique characteristics to provide comfort with a low carbon dioxide footprint. For those interested in a simple lifestyle, but still efficient and healthy way of living, please visit us and enjoy your stay. Nestled in the steep hills of Zihuatanejo, this villa provides unobstructed views of both Las Gatas beach and La Ropa beach, while giving the convenience of being only 1 km (0.7miles) from the beach. Five ensuite bedrooms are spread across a large multi-leveled 700 m2 lot with lots of green space living between. The secluded location provides with privacy and natural beauty. Once fully grown, the gardens will provide with local fruits and vegetables, pesticide free, such as papaya, lemon, mango, guanavana, banana, and chile peppers. Casa provides with two pools, five bedrooms, terraces and green areas for maximum relaxation during your stay, not to mention the tropical weather all year round with average temperatures around 25-30°C during the coldest months. For tours, special events and restaurant services, Miguel the manager, raised and born in Zihua, provides with the best recommendations for the area. Casa has five bedrooms. Each suite is uniquely decorated and designed with tranquility in mind. Suites are named after the word "butterfly", symbolizing the transformation you will undergo in such a relaxing and peaceful environment. Suite "Mariposa" is a large bedroom with a queen size bed and a cozy living room with resting area, T.V., fans , AIR CONDITIONING and two twin size sofa beds, sleeps 2 adults and 2 children under 18 years old comfortably (crib included). Ensuite bathroom contains a double sink countertop with a double shower. This bedroom has its own private infinity pool with a terrace featuring a 180 degree view of Zihuatanejo Bay, playa "La Ropa" overlooking the vast Mexican Pacific Ocean. This is a second floor suite with stair access only. Access to the main house is provided. Suite "Papillion" is a medium size bedroom located in the main house area with direct access to kitchen, living room, main pool and terrace. This room features a king size bed, fans, AIR CONDITIONING and own ensuite bathroom with a double sink. Sleeps 2 adults. This room has the advantages of being in the main living space, where the living room offers a TV, stereo (ipad, iphone) and DVD player. The kitchen, living room and terrace are common areas. Suites "Nabi 1 and Nabi 2" , these are medium size bedrooms with direct access to kitchen, living room, main pool and terrace. These rooms feature double queen beds, fans, AIR CONDITIONING and own ensuite bathroom. Sleeps up to 4 adults each. Finally, there is a small self contained suite "Nabi-3" with ensuite bathroom, one queen size bed, fans, AIR CONDITIONING and 1 double futon, limited kitchen and living room area. Sleeps 3. We are please to provide a smoke-free environment. A $200.00 usd fee will be applied to any room that has been smoked in. We highly recommend renting a car to access the Villa due to the steep topography of the area. A 5 passenger car with AIR CONDITIONING is available at a low rate cost to cover car maintenance expenses only. A $500 usd refundable damage deposit is required and a valid driver license. The car rental fee is $15 usd per day. A penalty fee will apply if the car is parked in prohibited parking areas.
