Maximum 6 occupants. 4 private, 5 th & 6 th guest sleep on the living room sofa beds Absolutely NO PETS are allowed in the building. Maid service 6 days a week none on Sunday, please tip the maid if you are pleased with her services. Please smoke on the balcony only. Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.

Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.

Credit card payments are not accepted. Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)

Cleaning During Stay
Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every day during a stay. The daily maid service is not available on Sundays.

Phone use is included in the rent. Local calls are free. Outbound long distance calls are free to USA & Canada.
Linen
Linens and towels are included.Owners beach towels are available. Free laundry up to 6 beach towels per week. $1 fee more per towel.Please return all towels to condo unit. We do not have hotel type service and the towels are the property of the owner.
