Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 4.50 percent surcharge. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit, Venmo

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 45 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less 1 nights rent) will be refunded.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 USD is due immediately. Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 02:00 PM Check OUT: 12:00 PM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 6 pm. Check-in is not possible after 10 pm. When you arrive, someone will meet you at the property with a key.

Quiet Time Policy

The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 08:00 AM

Smoking Policy

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome. A security deposit of 70.00 USD is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. A minimum "Fine" of 100.00 will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the property. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Group & Min. Age Policies

There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 18 years or older., Maximum of 2 Adults. Extra or unauthorized occupants could result in eviction without refund.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 17.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. If property is left in unreasonable condition, extra cleaning fee will apply.

Cleaning During Stay

A fee is charged for this service. One-time fee of 17.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged per cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service. Linens changed for an additional 5.00 per maid service.

Linen

Linen is included in the rent Towels are not allowed outside of the property. Beach towels should be brought by guest.

Parking

Parking is free.

Airport Transfer Services & Fees

A fee is charged for Airport Transfer Services One-time fee of 20.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. A guest must request this optional service.

Property Heat/ Elec/ Energy Fee

Property Heating is included in the rent The heat and electricity is included in the rent. There is no fee charged.

Air Conditioning & Fees

Air Conditioning is included in the rent Air conditioning is included in the rent. There is no fee charged. The air conditioned rooms include the entire house.

Internet Service & Fee

Internet is included in the rent Password is in the check-in package..

Telephone Fee

The property does not have a phone. Guest's mobile phone is recommended. There is no phone supplied.
