Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 2.75 percent surcharge. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit
Booking Deposit
The damage deposit is required to complete the booking. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 3 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 15 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 50 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 USD is due immediately. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 12:00 PM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 6 pm.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 9 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Allow groups of families or couples., Maximum of 6 Adults., Maximum of 4 Children.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. Fee of 15.00 USD is charged for every 1 day(s).(based on a minimum of 1 days)(Charged Any number of pets.) Size limits: Small - up to 7 kilograms (15 pounds) Pets allowed:Cat, Dog A security deposit of 25.00 USD is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'. Deposit applicability: Any number of pets. A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Two Pets NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 20.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Cleaning During Stay
A fee is charged for this service. One-time fee of 20.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged per cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service.
Linen
Linen is included in the rent 100% cotton sheets, towels & bedding. Towels are not allowed outside of the property.
