Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent. Upon making your reservation a complete Rental Agreement will be sent to you.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.

A refundable security/damage deposit of 300.00 USD is due on arrival.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the property is re-rented.

The property does not have a phone. If you should need a phone while staying in Mexico, you can purchase a Mexican cell phone for US$ 30 at any TELCEL outlet. There is one in the MEGA shopping center close to ACQUA. All incoming calls are FREE, from anywhere, anytime.For outgoing calls you need to buy minutes. You can purchase minutes that you can purchase at any TELCEL outlet.
