Fully equipped kitchen with all the gadgets for any chef, bbq on deck, laundry in suite or onsite facilities available for minimal fees. All linens including beach towels provided. All you need are your clothes and sunblock. Three pools (one heated), two jacuzzis, restaurant - bar, gym, mini golf, tennis courts and soccer field. 5 min from 3 major grocery stores, 10 min from Bucerias, 20 min from Puerto Vallarta. Bus stop across the street, taxis available. Searching for snow birds that want to call this home for 6 months. (Utilities included less air conditioning)

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 3390 USD is due immediately. For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 3390 USD
