Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 100 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Full payment is due at booking time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 60 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 15 percent of the rent is due 60 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 5 days of departure.
