This luxury beach front villa is in a gated area in the heart of the Riviera Maya! The villa has one of the best beach locations in all of Akumal. Enjoy our large, refreshing pool which features a waterfall & jumping stone. If you want to enjoy a "real pool", then this is the place for you. The villa exterior is covered with hand cut “Piedra Maya Vista” stone which keeps the villa cooler during the summer months. The bay is protected by a stretch of coral breakers about 200 yards from the beach and offers excellent snorkeling, swimming and kayaking.

Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Direct Bank Deposit
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Holiday reservations require 100% payment at reservation time.
