Large open concept living room, dining area and kitchen with sculptured walls and high traditional ceilings. There is an office space as well as 2 outdoor patios one off of the kitchen and the other off of the Master bedroom. Natural indoor toilets. Outside there are many walking paths and large private area pool with patio and cement play area for basket-ball, volleyball, yoga or any other outdoor sports. The garden is exhibiting local and exotic plants and trees. We do have a gardener and a maid in order to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 15 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 2 days of departure.
