Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 4.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Diners Club, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer
Booking Deposit
The damage deposit is required to complete the booking. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 20 percent of the rent. For a long term stay, the deposit will depend on the length of stay.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 28 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable. If the property is re-rented, the cancellation penalty is reduced.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 30 percent of the rent is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 500 USD
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. When you arrive, someone will meet you at the property with a key. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 10 pm.
Quiet Time Policy
