Enjoy the large wraparound balcony that runs along the living room appointed with a table and 2 chairs. Front porch comes with a hammock and 2 extra chairs. Heading to the beach. 4 beach chairs and one beach umbrella are ready. Ocean view roof top sun deck with lounge chairs and pool with jacuzzi. The condo is available for rent min 4 nights, weekly or monthly. For your protection, the condo is equipped with smoke alarm, Ring video bell and the entire building has round-the-clock security, elevator and hurricane resistant glass. This area also has a few gyms for those that cannot escape those daily workouts where you can enjoy yoga, zumba, cross-fit, spinning and many more exciting classes.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Full payment is due at booking time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 120 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
