Total of 5 bedrooms with ensuite baths and 1 half bath, with outdoor shower under the sun. Our villa is located on the private talc-white sand beach known as Playa Paraiso, just a quick 15 min. Drive to Playa del Carmen. Playa Paraiso Beach has no rocks or coral and is perfect for snorkeling, jet skiing or professional cloud tracking. It takes about 2 minutes to walk from villa to the sea shore. Playa Paraiso is located just a short drive south of Cancun international airport and is abundant with the natural beauty that Caribbean dreams are made of. Each year over 100 of the endangered sea turtles make their nests here and during hatching season baby turtles are set out into the crystal blue sea. This is a tranquil Mexican beach style villa. The villa covers over 4,800 square feet of interior space with many balconies, porches, patios and garden areas perfect for entertaining friends and family. There are ocean views from some of the 2nd floor balconies.

A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, a future credit of 85 percent will apply.

Cleaning During Stay
Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every 7 days during a stay. Additional maid service can be arranged for a fee of $50 per day.

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
