This fresh spacious home in Mazatlan's historical district offers all appliances and comforts in a traditionally reconstructed home. Upper level newly constructed. There is 1 television and it can be moved to whichever room you like. There is 1 King size bed in 1 bedroom. The other bedroom has 2 single beds that can be combined for California King size, or separated as 2 individual beds. From the terrace, you can enjoy the sun and warm breezes and it's only 1 - 2 a block to the beach for a swim. Come check it out, we have added furniture, air conditioning, and fixtures to make your stay very comfortable with ceiling fans in all rooms. Lots of space. You can walk to anything in the historical district in a few minutes. Around the corner and less than a city block to the beach, restaurants, bars, Come enjoy!!!

Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.25 percent surcharge. PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 USD per week booked. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 USD is due immediately. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 250 USD
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 01:00 PM Check OUT: 12:00 PM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. Size limits: Small - up to 7 kilograms (15 pounds) A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: One Pet NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
