It is located in the Sabalo Country area of the Golden Zone and is less than two blocks from the ocean. There is Plenty of night life just down the ways if you so desire and plenty of restaurants in the area that you are sure to enjoy. One week will not nearly be enough to sample the plethora of delicious Mexican dishes. And if you just want to rest, you are one block in from Camaron Sabalo and you can rest a sleep. In the morning put on your thongs and head to the beach for a nice walk on the sand and see the community and tourists come to life. Walking along the beach you might choose stop in one of the many various restaurants that line the beach and enjoy breakfast as you breath in the ocean air and see the sunrise.

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If balance and security is not paid by the due date, the booking will be automatically cancelled. You can re-reserve (re-apply initial deposit, you do not pay again)if you contact the owner and the unit is still available for that time slot, otherwise a different time slot can be arranged. Please remember this is a house and not a room in a hotel with revolving customers.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime your dates may be rescheduled subject to availability.

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure Fee of 25.00 USD for stays that are 1 to 7 nights in duration.Fee of 50.00 USD for stays that are 8 to 14 nights in duration.Fee of 75.00 USD for stays that are 15 to 21 nights in duration.Fee of 100.00 USD for stays that are 22 to 28 nights in duration.Fee of 125.00 USD for stays that are 29 to 35 nights in duration.Fee of 150.00 USD for stays that are 36 to 42 nights in duration.Fee of 175.00 USD for stays that are 43 to 49 nights in duration.Fee of 200.00 USD for stays that are 50 to 56 nights in duration.Fee of 225.00 USD for stays that are 57 to 63 nights in duration.Fee of 250.00 USD for stays that are 64 to 70 nights in duration.Fee of 275.00 USD for stays that are 71 to 77 nights in duration.Fee of 300.00 USD for stays that are 78 to 84 nights in duration.
Property Heat/ Elec/ Energy Fee
A fee is charged for Property Heating A metered fee is collected on departure. Electricity/Heating is charged based on a metered rate. Usually $60-$80 USD per month or portion there of depending on usage.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300.00 USD is due 30 days prior to arrival.
