Booking Deposit
The damage deposit is required to complete the booking. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 200 USD. For a long term stay, the deposit will depend on the length of stay.
Payment Balance
Full payment is due at booking time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 40 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
