This 3-Bed 3-Bath House can accommodate 6 guests for a minimum of 2 nights.
Each villa is made up of 2 floors, each one featuring 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen. In the master bedroom there is a King size bed, the second bedroom has two twin size beds and the third bedroom a queen size bed. The 3 bedrooms are located on the second floor. The main room with a king size bed has its own private bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. The rooms have central air conditioning and the master control is located in the main room. On the ground floor we have the living room, dining room and kitchen. On this floor we have a ceiling fan and a half bath (a toilet). Rates do not include breakfast, lunch or dinner, however, if requested in advance we can hire a private cook to prepare you meals in the kitchen of the villa. You just bring the ingredients or you can order in advance that we buy the ingredients here and we can add it to your bill.

Size limits: Large - up to 34 kilograms (75 pounds) Pets allowed:Cat, Dog A security deposit of 100.00 USD is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'. Deposit applicability: Any number of pets. A guest must request this optional service. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at the pool. There is no life guard on duty. Babysitting is available from a third party upon request. Please ask at the reception how much it is for this service.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed inside and outside. We advise that you respect people who do not smoke that are close to you or around you.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 25 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 100 USD cancellation fee) are refunded. ** Cancellations within 25 days of arrival will be refunded 70% ** Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will receive no refunds **
Cleaning During Stay
The maid service is available for each villa from 8:00 am to 05:00 pm for a single cleaning. Except between 12-1pm
Linen
• Towels can be washed and changed daily • Bed linens are changed every 3 days
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
