This Studio 1-Bath House can accommodate 4 guests for a minimum of 2 nights.
We are uniquely in the jungle on the beach so we have our own eco-system with a lot of wildlife. The sound of the ocean is very soothing and peaceful. No roosters, no loud bars, only the jungle sounds along with the ocean waves. We built a modern fully insulated guest house to give our guests the most comfort possible. We have a pool off our large terrace that is only 22 meters from the sandy private beach. Our guests are welcome to use the pool 24 - 7. We offer our gazebo up on our hill for you to enjoy bird watching, a glass of wine, read, or simply nap in our large hammocks. If you like, you have the option to cook your own meals or you can take a scenic drive to the nearest town and go to the restaurants there. There are a couple of closer ones as well. The large terrace for our guesthouse has high-quality patio furniture. We are Canadians who retired nine years ago to enjoy the warm beach.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 20 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 20 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. Peak period stays, the balance is due sooner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
No security/damage deposit is required.
