Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, 50 percent of all payments are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 EUR is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 500 EUR
Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit, Cash
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 6 pm.
