Just 500 meters walking distance from the quaint village of Santo Estevão you will find our villa. A free standing villa with private infinity pool, large veranda providing a shaded area and plenty of space to lie in the sun next to the swimming pool, The villa has 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one bedroom with French windows, its own veranda and sun shade. There is a fully functional kitchen - dining area and separate living room with large sliding doors leading out to the extensive south facing veranda and swimming pool. Cooling is provided via ceiling fans both in the living room and bedrooms. Dining table and chairs on the veranda allow you to enjoy the pleasures of eating outside on warm summer nights and of course a BBQ is also available. The villa is on private ground and not overlooked and there is ample private parking space. The lovely rustic village of Santo Estevão with its medieval church, is within walking distance and provides all immediate amenities – ATM, post office, village supermarket, pharmacy, hairdresser and a restaurant ‘O Forno’ very popular with both Portuguese and tourists alike. On the corner of our estate is a very popular Café - restaurant ‘Mercearia da Aldeia’ were you can enjoy a delicious glass of Portuguese wine or drink of your choice, food is served daily (lunch is popular), evening meal and snacks are also available. All this within easy reach of some of the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve, the nearest ‘Praia do Barril’ is approximately 7 kilometers. The medieval town of Tavira, with its 22 churches and abundance of Bars and restaurants is also within easy reach at 7 kilometres. There is plenty to do in the area including golfing, nature treks (Ria Formosa), cycling, take a boat trip through the beautiful islands of the Ria Formosa or just simply relax by the swimming pool and enjoy the rest.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 10 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable. If there is a government-imposed travel ban due to Covid for your dates, the 10% Booking Deposit amount is still non-refundable and will be applied to a stay for future dates.
Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. Direct Bank Deposit, Cash
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 EUR is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 06:00 PM Check OUT: 12:00 PM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after mid-night.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 13 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 75.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
