Large windows around the living room allow for natural exterior light to brighten the interior of the residence. 1 suite with a double bed, 2 double bed bedrooms, 1 twin bed bedroom, 2 bathrooms with tub and shower and one bathroom with shower. Fully equipped kitchen, tv lcd, satelite TV, Wi-Fi internet. The maximum occupancy is 8 people. 1 twin bed bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, open space with kitchen, dining room and a sofa-bed for 2. Outside: The villa has a large garden of 1 acre fitted with palm trees, a swimming pool (14m x 6m), and a tennis court. The ample space encourages the children and even the adults to play or, if preferred, to relax using the loungers around the pool. Besides the living room of the main house and the studio, you will enjoy an outside dining area with a large table and a barbeque, allowing pleasant gatherings and fine dinners outside. 1 outside shower in the garden for the pool area.

Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 EUR is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day.
