There are two one bedroom apartments in the center of a small village named Baie Suite Anne on Praslin island in Seychelles. Even if in a village, its in a very quiet location. As we are a small island approximately 8000 people, the village is very small. Accommodation three persons. One double bed(5ft) is in the bedroom and one single bed in the sitting area. There's one bathroom. It has garden and mountain view. The bed size(5ft) Bathroom comprise toilet,bidet, basin and double shower. Both kitchen and bathroom have hot and cold water. Restaurant, supermarkets or shops are walking distance. Transfer can be organized as long as the owner get the time of arrival. Car rental and excursion can also be organised.

Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 1.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Cash Short notice requests can only be paid by PayPal.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 15 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
No security/damage deposit is required. An accidental damage waiver of liability is provided by the owner for a one time fee (paid directly to the owner) of .00. It waives a claim against the guest for the cost to repair or replace accidental damage up to a limit. This fee is not included in the quote provided. Discuss with owner at booking time.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 12:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 6 pm. Key is provided at check in.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours. Guests are asked to respect the neighbours. Property is not suitable for party groups.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Children Policies
No children allowed under 3 years old. Children are not allowed because our property is not suitable.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
Cleaning on Departure is included in the rent Guest is expected to remove the garbage on departure.

Parking is free.

Linen is included in the rent 100% cotton sheets, towels & bedding. Towels are not allowed outside of the property. Beach towels should be brought by guest.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Allow groups of families or couples., Maximum of 2 adults and 1 children., Maximum of 3 Adults. Hosting a function/party is not allowed.
Airport Transfer Services & Fees
A fee is charged for Airport Transfer Services One-time fee of 15.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants. A guest must request this optional service. Owner offers airport transfers. Fees are based on a one-way trip.
Cleaning During Stay
