This chalet is perfectly tucked away to ensure that the only invasion of privacy is the sound of local bird life, vervet monkeys and skittish impala. Self-cater in this fully equipped chalet that offers 3 large windowed bedrooms, main bedroom with a double bed and two guest rooms each with two single beds. The open-plan loft area has a bunk bed for children and its own TV. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom (two showers and one bath in total). Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent. For a long term stay, the deposit will depend on the length of stay.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1000 ZAR is due 14 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 08:00 AM Guests are asked to respect the neighbours. Property is not suitable for party groups. If a warning is not adhered to, the guest will be evicted without a refund. The local noise bylaws must be adhered to or risk a fine and/or eviction.
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 30 days or more prior to arrival the guest will forfeit 50% of the amount paid. Cancellations 29 to 15 days prior to arrival, the guest will forfeit 75% of the amount paid. Cancellations 14 to 7 days prior to arrival the guest will forfeit 90% of the full invoice value. Cancellations made 6 days or less prior to arrival, as well as No Shows, will forfeit 100% of the full invoice value. Cancellations over Peak Periods will forfeit 50% of the amount paid. All 3rd party costs, plus bank fees, will be added to the above cancellation amounts. A R150- administration fee, will be charged with a cancellation.
