Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.75 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Direct Bank Deposit
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 250 EUR., Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 EUR is due 14 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 3 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 250 EUR, Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
