NOTE: For those who have hard time sleeping with noise —and are unwilling to wear earplugs— this is not for you because Marbella doesn’t sleep in the summer.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 60 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Full payment is due at booking time.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 EUR is due immediately. For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 500 EUR

Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 125.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Cleaning fee to be paid locally to Third Party/Resort

A fee is charged for Air Conditioning Fee of 125.00 EUR is charged on every week(based on a minimum of 1 weeks)
