House with 3 bedrooms up to 8 people at the center of Andalucia near the river This is a country house located near a stream, 50 m of a waterfall. Is an ancient crossroads, next to what was a sale for which transited the travelers who came to Algarinejo following the 'Way of Loja Livestock'. Next there is a natural cave about 50 m2, inhabited since the Neolithic, where you can see formations like stalactites. In summer, we have an organic vegetable garden with tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, cucumbers, etc., So tenants can taste them and nurture them. Swimming pool with a spacious sun deck with a floor made of wood, and a porch covered with heather and trellis plant. Catering for the comforts of this century, hidden among the secrets behind an impressive enclave. Enjoy spectacular walks on foot or by bicycle in the center of Andalusia. Next to the house we have an organic garden where we grow food and products that we offer to tenants, such as grapes, figs, beans, onions, plums, walnuts, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and eggplant (depending on time of year). Barbecue, wood oven, parking, swimming pool (5 x 4 m) with night lighting, open from July to October with wooden sundeck around. Hammocks. Terrace with great views of the riverside. Waterfall at about 50 m from the house, you hear the falling water from the house. Natural cave in the rock inhabited since the Neolithic which is accessed from the same house (in rehabilitation and conditioning for small apartment). Swings, table tennis, foosball table. We have a 5-seater jacuzzi, its use is optional and costs €20 per night or €60 minimum. Possibility to rent two bikes for trips around the house. Payment Methods

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded. Less than 60 days from the date the rent deposit will not be returned. A more than 60 days to arrival, we will retain 10% of reservation amount or we offer the ability to maintain the amount of the deposit for the rental of another period up to 12 months after the date of cancellation.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 EUR is due immediately. For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 600 EUR
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 05:00 PM Check OUT: 12:00 PM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. When you arrive, someone will meet you at the property with a key.

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
