It is perfect to feel you as at home and to visit the island or to enjoy of the Marine reserve of Arinaga and its sea promenade with bars and restaurants. Towels and linen are furnished The building is very quite and you can relax without problem 15 minutes by Maspalomas 20 minutes by Las Palmas 15 minutes by Playa del Ingles

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 40 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 31 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
