Our Bed and Breakfast is a large traditional Spanish house with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a large patio area on site. Formally a Bodega built in the 1850's it has been extended to provide beautiful rooms for you to stay. ** The owner rents 5 bedrooms and the rates are based on double occupancy. There is no access to the kitchen, but you do have access to common areas such as the living room and outside. Breakfast is included. ** Located in the pretty hamlet of Culebron with stunning countryside views it is only 3km from the town of Pinoso with all its bars, restaurants (incl Michelin star), sports centre, music and arts theatre. It is the perfect place to relax with its stunning views. WiFi is available free in public areas. The house has a total of 5 bedrooms. Three are double rooms (sleep 2), represented by this listing. One is available on the ground floor, with an ensuite and the other two are on the first floor and share a bathroom with a shower. There is an option for 2 single beds as well, subject to availability. If you need a room for more than 2 people, please see ID 256660. Pinoso is one of the richest towns in Spain due to the nearby marble mines. The peaceful, rural location is excellent for relaxing whilst taking in the fantastic views of the mountains, and vast fields of grapevines, olive, and almond trees. Locally we have Culebron Bodega (50m away) which is well known for its excellent wines and olive oil. The local Bar restaurant is called Edwardo’s which has traditional Spanish cuisine and local beverages. In the surrounding area, there are many more bodegas producing fantastic wines. In Pinoso there are many bars, restaurants (incl Michelin star), sports centre, music, and arts theatre. We are always contactable to assist with any requirements or questions you may have.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 20 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 20 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit equal to one nights rent is due immediately.
