A well accomodated private Villa, with terraces and pool in a rustique area near Campos Del Rio, 4 bedrooms & bathrooms. Villa Del Rio is a very well accomodated villa in the urbanisation ''Campos Del Murcia'', it's a very rustique and quiet area in the Spanish province of Murcia. The nearest village centre (Campos Del Rio) is only 3 kilometers away, with their own butchers, bakeries, restaurants & bars and local supermarket's. The city of Murcia is only 15 minutes away and there are other very nice towns and cities closeby. The Villa itself can host up to 8 people. There are 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms with toilet. 2 bathrooms have shower and bathtub, 2 only have a shower. Next to the pool is an extra outside shower. The kitchen has a 4-pit gas stove, a dishwasher, fridge, freezer and oven for making lovely meals with the amazing food Spain has to offer. Or a barbeque maybe. There is one for you next to the poolhouse right where the bar is. For those looking to eat out, there are many really good restaurants in a 10 kilometer radius. The pool is 10mx5m and catches the sun at any time of the day. There is room for sunbathing right next to the pool or on the upstairs balcony and a place for you to eat on the terrace next to the pool or in the poolhouse. All tables are with 8 chairs. Behind the poolhouse you'll find a washroom with a washing machine as well as a toilet and a line to hang clothes to dry. Inside the house you will find another eating area for 8 and a cosy living room with sofa's and a tv. The Villa has its own sound system to play any music you like and there is Wi-Fi for you to use at any time. A GoogleChromeCast is provided to watch your homeTVprograms (don't forget to install this on your moblie - tablet). In the basement you will find a table tennis table, soccer table, dart block and a pooltable. For those who enjoy petanque, there is a lane right behind the pool. If you would like to discover the area by bike there are 2 mini bikes at your disposal. Price includes WiFi, gas, water and electricity. Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 EUR is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 200.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Cleaning During Stay
A fee is charged for this service. Fee of 25.00 EUR is charged for each occupant(based on a minimum of 1 occupants). A guest must request this optional service. Requests for this service must be received well in advance of your stay.
Linen
Linen is included in the rent Beach towels are supplied. 100% cotton sheets, towels & bedding. Towels are not allowed outside of the property.
