Payment Methods
No fees are charged for credit card processing. PayPal Short notice requests can only be paid by PayPal.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 20 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 20 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 7 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 EUR is due on arrival.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 02:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 8 pm. Lock box code is supplied by owner prior to arrival.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
