Crans-Montana is appreciated by visitors from all over the world for its natural beauty: 5 lakes, a glacier, breathtaking views of snow-capped mountains and valleys. In this sunny, beautiful resort, you can play golf on the famous S. Ballesteros course (where the European Masters is held every September) or on the J. Niklaus. You can ski the glacier from 3000 m. Down to a few steps from the apartment (it is quite fabulous !) There are numerous marked trails to walk and excellent facilities for climbing, hiking,kayaking, canyoning, fishing, sledging, biking, cycling, tennis... We are ideally centrally located, in front of the ice-skating rink, next to the ski cable-car, the minigolf and playground, the bowling, the casino (open 24 h) restaurants, boutiques and shops (you can hire ski equipment in the sports shop downstairs). In the apartment, you will relax in the spacious living-room (books, board games, DVDs). The sofa bed can be turned into a single or king size bed and the dining table can accommodate 8-10 people. There is a separate, well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast table, two bedrooms with large cupboards, two bathrooms plus one visitors' toilet, and downstairs a ski locker and underground parking. Our apartment is loved by all guests for its comfort, cleanliness and fantastic location. It is ideal for people without a car, for families, for persons with disabilities. It is well kept and we warmly welcome individuals who will take good care of it.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 100.00 CHF cancellation fee) are refunded.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 150.00 CHF for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Linen
Bedding, towels, bathroom mats, bath & kitchen towels, ... are supplied at no cost for 4 persons.For extra persons, the charge is CHF 25.- per person, per week.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300.00 CHF is due on arrival.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 07:00 AM This maintains the family ambiance of the neighborhood.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
