Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit is required. Deposit of any damages is required on arrival which would be subjected to number of guests, and length of their stay and condition of the party (small children, group of youth etc.,) When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 30 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit. The security deposit must be paid on arrival in cash..

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 6 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
