There is a breathtaking view of sky, sea, distant hills, the beaches of Samui’s south-eastern coast and a multitude of coconut trees below. Only 15% of the land is built on. This ensures a secluded and private environment with no visible neighbors and an experience immersed in the fantastic vegetation, landscape and vistas.

Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit, Cash Short notice requests can only be paid by PayPal. For long stays, a payment processing surcharge may apply.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent. For a long term stay, the deposit will depend on the length of stay.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner. Peak period stays, the balance is due sooner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 700 USD is due on arrival.

Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours. Guests are asked to respect the neighbours.
