Two plant-filled atriums create interaction of outdoor - indoor spaces and bring about the tropical feel inside. All the bedrooms are upstairs and have KS (1) and QS beds (2). The over-sized, wet-bathrooms feature glass bricks and rain showers with skylights above. The lovely, salt water 12 x 6 m pool is set right at the villa doorstep and surrounded by lush tropical garden. The pool is shared between 3 holiday homes. Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a one-time fee of 22. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit, Cash
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 33 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 45 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less 1 nights rent) will be refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 USD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
