Easily accessible for all people with physical problems, older people or smaller children.... You can reach the beautiful designer pool without using a stairway. 6 people can live in 3 independent bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. A spacious living area is in the center with dining, sitting, and cooking facilities. Royal living residence is a closed and guarded complex with altogether 8 villas and 8 apartments - suites. All units are constructed in a way that gives you the best possible privacy without too much disturbance from other neighbours or villa - apartment owners and visitors... We try to take care of our guests in a personal, familiar and individual way offering services that can easily compete to the services of a 5 Star hotel (We have also dish washing in our daily cleaning program ). We, the Owners, are here direct on site every day, all day long. This makes it very easy for our customers to decide spontaneously what they intend to do. Our job is to fulfill their dreams, without charging money out of every little favor that we do for the guests. And that is the reason why our most customers are repeating guests…. The Royal Living Residence have also received the QUALITY SELECTION AWARD 2013 from the biggest European hotel evaluation company, Holiday Check, with a score of 5.9 out of 6 possible stars!

Terms And Conditions
Airport Transfer Services & Fees
One-time fee of 18.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. A guest must request this optional service. Fees are based on a one way transfer.
Property Heat/ Elec/ Energy Fee
Electricity is charged at $0.24 USD per kilowatt (i.e. based on consumption).
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 12:00 AM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 7:00 AM
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival. After confirming the availability of the Villa/ Apartment or Suite our guest has to pay a deposit of 30% (within 4 days) into our account. With the deposit payment, the booking is confirmed (please send/fax us the bank-confirmed pay-in slip). The rest can be paid on arrival by credit card (signed in our office).
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 USD is due on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
You will receive a 50% credit on a future booking if you cancel 45 or more days prior.
