This home from home consists of 2 bedrooms both with en suites, and has free fibre optic WiFi throughout the property. Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed, 2 bedside cabinets with lamps, ceiling fan. AIR CONDITIONING, wardrobe, drawers dressing table and rugs. This bedroom has an en suite with a large bath, walk in shower, basin and WC. The balcony overlooks the 2 tiered swimming pool and waterfall feature. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, 1 bedside cabinet with lamp, ceiling fan, AIR CONDITIONING, wardrobe, drawers dressing table and the en suite in this bedroom has walk in shower, basin and WC. The balcony from this room has a rear facing aspect and overlooks a mature coconut orchard. The house has a large open plan living and dining area, the kitchen is modern and has European spec which includes hob, oven, extractor hood, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and all cutlery and pots pans etc. Dining room has a comfortable dining table with chairs for 4, AIR CONDITIONING and some nice wall decor. Living area has a large L shaped leather sofa, rug, coffee table, air con, ceiling fan, mirror and a TV cabinet. There is a wall mounted 42" LCD TV that has satellite feed and a DVD player. There is a private balcony that overlooks the swimming pool and waterfall feature. The resort has 24 hour security and a large on site free car park. A short stroll (750 meters) and you are at the shops, restaurants, bars and the main shopping street. The home Is owned managed and maintained by a husband and wife team who live on the resort, handy for any problems or information. The home has a backup electricity generator in emergency cases of power outage.

Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 GBP is due 14 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments (less a 250 GBP administration fee) are refunded if the property is re-rented.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 100 percent of the rent.
