The Pavilion houses a superb contemporary kitchen with a beautiful open plan dining room and an elegant comfortable lounge which opens out onto the serene infinity pool, relaxing hot tub and cabana. For alfresco dining and entertaining, the Terrace is romantically located in the centre of the exotic water gardens with endless views of the Samui sands and the sea. Our service excels in every way with a team of dedicated, Villa staff including a Villa manager, housekeeping, maintenance and Chef available at your disposal as and when needed. We are capable of arranging exquisite Thai, Indian and Western cuisine. For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 45 or more days prior to arrival, a future credit of 100 percent will apply.
Security or Damage Deposit
No security/damage deposit is required.
