This is a pristine villa with unique features overlooking the sea at Cheong Mon. Our 45 ft. Pool has a waterfall to keep it cool on the hottest of days. Each of the three bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and they each overlook the pool and garden. The tropical gardens are full of blooming flowers all year round. There are several areas to relax - the lounge, the sala, the outdoor dining setting or the pool lounges. The well equipped kitchen is light an airy and overlooks the large dining table. We have a tennis court and gym on site. Our villa manager is available at all times to meet any requests you may have. Relaxation, comfort and style is our theme

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day.

Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. Pets allowed:Cat, Dog A security deposit of 100.00 USD is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'. Deposit applicability: Per pet. A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Two Pets NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 50.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Cleaning During Stay
Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every 4 days during a stay.
