This home is only 8 kms (6 minutes drive) away from Datça. If you are looking for a nice retreat after stressful city-life the pure air and water at the junction of Aegean and Mediterranean seas, Datça peninsula is the place to be at. The location is invaluable to discover the well-known, as well as hidden, natural and historical treasures of the Datça Peninsula where the Mediterranean embraces the Aegean Sea. Not to mention the amazing pine tree woods at the altitudes and many blue flag beaches. It is very close to numerous lovely bays of Mesudiye (such as HayitBuku, Palamutbuku and Ovabuku). The Ancient Greek archeological site Knidos is just 25 minutes away. The town of Datça is one of the best reserved holiday towns in the whole of Turkey, no hotels, no beton walls, gorgeous bays, crystal clear sea, oxygen rich habitat and super healthy climate in the land of almonds and olive. A by-law protected region for wild life and nature and for archeology. The peninsula bears a tremendous historical treasure and has old greek villages and holy sites that deserve a visit. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a large double bed and the other with 2 single beds. The place is decorated tastefully and functional. The open plan kitchen has a refrigerator, cooker, oven and dishwasher, washing machine, crockery and cutlery for up to 8 persons. The place is comfortable for 4 people but offers up to 5 sleeping places. It has a modern family bathroom with electric powered water heater. The site has two open semi-olimpic swimmimg pools and two children pools. There is a basketball court.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 20 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 20 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20 percent) are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Payment Methods
No fees are charged for credit card processing. Direct Bank Deposit
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 10 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 20 percent of the rent is due 10 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day.
