Terms And Conditions
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 60 or more days prior to arrival)
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 750 USD is due 14 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 12:00 PM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 6 pm.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Children Policies
Property is not suitable for persons under the age of 10. Children under the age of 18 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are no requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples., Maximum of 4 Adults., Maximum of 2 Children.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 117.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
