Booking Deposit
The damage deposit is required to complete the booking. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 20 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 28 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 GBP is due 28 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 3 days of departure.

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Lock box code is supplied by owner prior to arrival.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. One-time fee of 25.00 GBP for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged Per pet.) Pets allowed:Dog A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Two Pets NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
