Welcome to our 2500 square foot vacation home in a beautiful west valley community. With unparalleled views of the White Tank mountains from the patio, you'll be captivated by its small town southwestern charm, over 40 parks nearby, pedestrian friendly center and multitude of activities. Everything you'll need for a memorable vacation is a short 7 minute or less walk away; 2 championship golf courses featuring unsurpassed views of the mountains and Phoenix, 2 pools (1 - 6 lane 25 yd lap pool and 1 play pool), state of the art fitness center - gym, 3 restaurants, grocery store, drug store, children's playgrounds, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts. The home will accommodate up to 10 guests in comfort. The patio boasts its own private spa - hot tub where you can enjoy your favorite beverage after sharing a meal with friends - family prepared on the built in gas bar-b-q. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, large fridge and everything you need to prepare delicious meals or alternatively, enjoy one of the 3 restaurants that are a short walk from the house. The home is child friendly, a portable crib and high chair are supplied. Watch your favorite game or movie on the 55" HD TV. Challenge your friends on the Nintendo Wii, the 8'x4' pool table or ping pong table. Active guests will enjoy the more than 25 miles of bike trails (paved and unpaved) outside your door using the 5 bicycles provided. We're sure you'll enjoy our home as much as we do!

Terms And Conditions
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 45 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 300.00 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Payment Methods
Visa, Direct Bank Deposit, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 60 or more days prior to arrival)
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1500.00 USD is due immediately. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
