Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 350 USD. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 350 USD.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 45 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 250 USD cancellation fee) are refunded. Notice of cancellation must be in writing.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 5 days of departure.
