Our short-term rentals are geared toward those who need to stick to a budget yet would still like to enjoy the additional size and amenities of a complete vacation home as well as the convenient location and private, well-kept environment of a resort hotel. Starting out at Motel 6 prices, even our highest rates are half the starting rate of a single bedroom and bathroom at the Hilton next door, yet with two to three times the space. We strive to provide a great value to guests, offering both affordable rates and the convenience of a full-size home in a pleasant gated community. Guests receive a mailbox key upon check-in, so those here for multiple weeks or months may have their USPS mail temporarily forwarded directly to the resort mail huts just a few feet away; UPS and FedEx packages will be delivered directly to your door. Unlike the others here, all of our rentals offer extras such as stereo surround sound, landline telephone service with voice mail, caller ID and unlimited long distance calls to Canada and within the U.S., as well as full-service check-in with a representative to greet you on site and to tend to any needs that may arise. All our properties feature free WiFi and landlines which enable resort gate entry via intercom. The Pointe Resort is a gated community located in North Phoenix about 10 miles Northeast of downtown and is adjacent to the Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. The complex contains three pool areas each with hot tubs, restrooms, grills and showers, as well as on-site tennis and basketball courts. All pools and spas are temperature-controlled, open and swimmable 24 - 7 - 365, and those staying for longer durations may have their mail conveniently delivered to one of the mail huts here on site. UPS and FedEx packages will be delivered to your door. Nearby is the North Mountain Preserve where there are numerous hiking and biking trails. Ten golf courses are within a seven mile radius, starting with Lookout Mountain next door to our north. The nearest major supermarket is less than a mile away for all your grocery needs to stock up your kitchen. There are four major indoor - outdoor shopping malls within 5 miles, in addition to many chain stores and restaurants within 2 miles or less, yet this gated community is a virtual hidden oasis for tranquil relaxation. The centralized location within the North Phoenix area provides a convenient home base with easy access to all the destinations, sites and establishments in both the East and West Valleys, and it's within a few hours driving distance to the Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, San Diego and Rocky Point, Mexico. Overall a great vacation retreat for couples, families and golf enthusiasts!

Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 4.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Discover Card, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
50% of total reservation amount due at time of booking, with 50% balance (including cleaning fee & damage deposit) due 60 days prior to check-in (or 100% due at time of booking if already less than 60 days prior) Bookings cancelled less than 30 days before the start of their stay will forfeit entire reservation amount (up to amount paid thus far), less fees. Bookings cancelled at minimum 30 days before the start of their stay will forfeit 50% of the total reservation amount (or amount paid thus far), less fees. Bookings cancelled at minimum 60 days before the start of their stay will forfeit 25% of the total reservation amount (or amount paid thus far), less fees. Bookings cancelled at minimum 90 days before the start of their stay -- OR within a 4-hour grace period after booking (if at least two weeks before start of stay) -- will receive a 100% refund of total payment. NOTE: Cleaning fee and damage deposit (if already paid) are always refunded upon cancellation
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 USD is due 60 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 2 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 24 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples., Maximum of 4 Adults., Maximum of 3 Children. Hosting a function/party is not allowed. Parents/guardians may not book for underaged guests. Proof of age may be required for all guests. Extra or unauthorized occupants could result in eviction without refund.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure Fee of 100.00 USD for stays that are 4 to 31 nights in duration.Fee of 150.00 USD for stays of 32 or more nights.
Cleaning During Stay
A fee is charged for this service. One-time fee of 75.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged per cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service.
