Stay at our private Getaway just 10 minutes from Oakhurst, and just 25 minutes to the South Gate Yosemite National Park. We are also just 25 minutes away from Bass Lake for swimming and boating. Hiking and dining recreation. PLEASE NOTE: We are reaching out to those who have lost their homes in the Oak Fire and the Washburn fires; Or, Firefighters and First Responders. We will offer a one or two week stay with us at a discount of $70.00 per night. Sleep peacefully and wake up to forest views and meadows with deer and wild turkey families. Oakhurst is only 10 minutes away has all your basic amenities for hiking, camping and boating. You are only approximately an hour from Fresno Intl airport. We are centrally located in California. This is a shared residence. The owners have been hosting vacationers for 10 years now. All of our guests have enriched our lives and we truly enjoy meeting wonderful and fascinating people from around the world.

Booking Deposit
The damage deposit is required to complete the booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 2 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less 1 nights rent) will be refunded.

Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 2 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit equal to one nights rent is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 12:00 PM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 9 pm.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Children of all ages are welcome.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. A minimum "Fine" of will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the property. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 50.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
