Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 26 or more days prior to arrival)
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 500.00 USD.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival 50% of the rent, minus the deposit would be refunded. (The booking deposit is non-refundable at any time)
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1000.00 USD is due 30 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 30 days of departure.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Children Policies
No children allowed under 10 years old.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Maximum of 6 adults and 2 children.
