The house is at the end of a cul de sac nestled among oaks , 5 minutes from the US 101 freeway yet very peaceful and quiet with wild turkeys and deer roaming the neighborhood. There are lots of walking trails and longer hiking nearby as well as grocery stores and restaurants . The ferry to San Francisco is 10 minutes away by car and you drive about 30 minutes to wine country (Napa and Sonoma ) . The famous redwood forest at Muir Woods as well as the beaches of Point Reyes National Seashore are about 40 minutes away. Enjoy watching deer from the kitchen window or sip a glass of wine on the spacious deck or while lounging in the completely private hot tub or take an evening stroll through the safe and quiet neighborhood after dinner prepared in a fully equipped gourmet kitchen.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 USD is due 30 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 10 days of departure.
